YasuScan lets shoppers in Japan scan a product's barcode and instantly compare its price on Rakuten Ichiba — no manual searching required. Built end-to-end: a SwiftUI app with on-device barcode detection, a Go backend gateway integrating the Rakuten Ichiba API, deployed on real cloud infrastructure with its own domain.

- Real-time price lookup via the Rakuten Ichiba API, with rate-limiting and caching built in for a hard external API limit.
